Ocean-View Beach House, Two Decks + BBQ

A two-level Summerland beach house with ocean-view decks on both floors — 3 bedrooms sleeping 6, minutes from the sand at a price point rare for this coastline. Lillie's is the classic California beach house your family remembers from decades of summers: nothing precious, everything comfortable, and the ocean filling the windows on both floors. Coffee migrates to the upper deck at sunrise; by evening, everyone's on the lower deck with the grill going and the horizon turning orange. This is what the coast used to cost.

THE SPACE. The upper level holds the kitchen, living room, full bath, and two queen bedrooms that open straight onto an ocean-facing deck with BBQ — flip pancakes, step outside, repeat. Downstairs adds a second living room (teenagers, claim your territory), a king suite, another full bath, in-home laundry, and the primary ocean-view deck lined with lounge seating. Two levels, two decks, one long blue horizon.

WELLNESS HERE. Salt air on two decks, grill dinners at sunset, and Summerland's unhurried pace — the original beach-house reset, no appointment required.

THE LOCATION. Summerland — minutes to Summerland Beach and Lookout Park, the village's cafés and antique shops, Montecito, and downtown Santa Barbara.

GOOD TO KNOW. This home is part of Chosen's Beach Collection — older, well-loved coastal homes with character, charm, and a few quirks that come with age and salt air. What they trade in modern polish they return in location, views, and value.

DISCLOSURES:
