✹ These units are located in a peaceful residential building in the heart of Downtown Cleveland. Parties, events, and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Unauthorized guests are not permitted, and violations of house rules may result in immediate removal from the property without refund.

✹ Check-in is through a smart lock, and your personal access code will be provided before arrival.

✹ These units have been thoughtfully prepared for out-of-town visitors, and we especially appreciate hosting guests with positive reviews from previous stays.

✹ Local residents seeking to use these units as an event venue or gathering space may not be approved.

Late check-out fees:
• $65 per hour for the first two hours
• $130 per hour thereafter

✹ Only registered guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property.

✹ These units are NOT pet-friendly.

✹ Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, especially outdoors.

✹ Exterior security cameras are installed around the properties, and an indoor noise monitoring device is used to help ensure compliance with house rules.

✹ Guests are required to complete our check-in form, provide a valid ID, and sign a rental agreement prior to arrival.

✹ Reservations are subject to identity verification and screening through a secure third-party service. You will receive an email with instructions after booking. Please check your spam folder if you do not see it.

✹ A $500 damage waiver fee applies to stays of more than 30 nights.
