Brand new luxury 10-bedroom villa in the heart of Condesa — Mexico City's most walkable, tree-lined neighborhood. A heated pool wrapped in tropical greenery, a rooftop lounge, and a dining room that seats 20 make it built for groups who want to be together without giving up privacy or style.
Ten king suites (seven convert to twins), 8.5 bathrooms, a chef's kitchen, and indoor-outdoor living across multiple floors.
All bedrooms are equipped with AC, heating, and safes.
Casa Sombrerete brings resort-level scale to a private home in Condesa. Behind a classic façade, arched doorways, Talavera tile, and wrought-iron details open onto light-filled living areas styled in a warm, contemporary Mexican palette — olive, terracotta, blush, and natural wood.
Built for gathering. The heart of the home is a long dining table that comfortably seats 20, flanked by a chef's kitchen with a full gas range, and flowing straight out to a terrace. When the group wants to spread out, there's a double-height living room, a second lounge, and a breakfast banquette.
Two outdoor worlds. Downstairs, a heated pool finished in turquoise tile is framed by banana palms and heliconia, with a sunken lounge and sun beds for slow afternoons. Up top, a rooftop terrace with daybeds, umbrellas, and dining for 20.
Sleeping — 10 bedrooms, all king.
Every bedroom has a king bed; seven convert into two twin beds, so the house flexes from couples to a full crew (up to 17 beds / sleeps 20).
PLEASE NOTE: You can choose to have 1 king OR 2 Single beds in 7 of the bedrooms.
Each room is individually designed with its own color story, AC, and boutique-hotel finishes; several open to private balconies or garden patios.
Bathrooms throughout feature vessel sinks, walk-in rain showers — 8 full bathrooms plus a half bath.
Managed by Two Travel, a boutique concierge specializing in curated group stays across Mexico and Colombia — so the logistics are handled before you arrive.
You will have 100% access to all spaces and 100% privacy during your stay.
We are a full service concierge and can help plan your trip from A to Z. Once you book, we can discuss in detail all things planning and Mexico City!
