There are 3 floors:
The luxury home offers exceptional indoor and outdoor living with an expansive covered porch, pergola, grill kitchen, and hot tub overlooking the links of the Copake Country Club and the lake beyond.
The home centers on an open concept floor plan with a gourmet kitchen with island seating, dining area bathed in natural light, and a living room with a gas fireplace. The spacious sitting room with games area has French doors out to the pergola with Adirondack chairs and a bench, well positioned for sunsets across the links.
The main level has a generous guest suite (queen bed) with a full bath. A powder bathroom, pantry, mud room, and attached 2-car garage complete the main level. Upstairs, there are dual primary bedroom suites (both with king beds) and two guest bedrooms (with queen beds). The main primary bedroom has custom built-ins and a luxurious bath with a freestanding tub and spacious steam shower.
The finished lower level offers a custom-built bunk bedroom (4-beds total) full bath, professional training gym, games area with table tennis table & air hockey and media and recreation area with gas fireplace and banquette.

Guests have access to the entire house apart from a few locked owner closets.

GUESTS STAYING A WEEK OR MORE REQUIRE WEEKLY CLEANING. THE COST OF A FULL CLEAN IS $600.

Pet fee is a minimum of $150 + $50/night for additional nights after 3 nights. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture.

Guests are required to sign a rental agreement & a waiver.
The adjacent Golf club is public and pay-to-play.
