**New listing, proven property — here's why you can book with confidence:
Kahana Manor 701 has been a guest favorite for over 7 years. This penthouse has hosted hundreds of happy vacationers — we're simply managing it ourselves now for the first time on Airbnb, which is why the review count here starts at zero.
What hasn't changed: our commitment to an exceptional stay.
As Airbnb Superhosts with a 4.92★ rating across 1,500+ reviews on our other properties, we know exactly what guests need to feel at home — and we deliver it every time. Back to the highlights!
Watch the sky turn pink and gold every night from your top‑floor lanai at Kahana Manor 701, a luxe 2‑bed, 2‑bath penthouse with central AC, soaring ceilings, and room for up to 6 guests. This isn’t just another condo—it's your own sunset perch in West Maui, with two true king bedrooms, a plush queen pullout sofa, and a dedicated parking space so arrival is stress‑free.
Access is super easy: ride the elevator up and walk just one short flight of stairs to your private entrance—no long hallways or confusing parking garage to navigate. Once inside, the open‑concept great room feels bright and airy, with vaulted ceilings, huge windows, and a cozy sectional that doubles as a queen sleeper for extra guests. Stream your favorites on the swivel‑mounted smart TV, mix a drink at the big kitchen island, and slide open the doors to let the trade winds drift through.
The modern kitchen is set up for real cooking, not just take‑out: full‑size appliances, gas range, sharp knives, quality cookware, and plenty of prep space on the oversized island with bar seating. Start your morning with local coffee at the breakfast bar, pack lunches for the beach, or serve a sunset dinner on the lanai with the sky putting on a show.
Retreat to the primary bedroom, a calm, tropical space with a king bed, mirrored closets, TV, and direct access to a private lanai—perfect for quiet early‑morning coffee or stargazing before bed. The ensuite bath feels spa‑like, with a large walk‑in tiled shower and room for two to get ready. The second bedroom offers another king bed (no one is stuck with the “small room” here) and easy access to the guest bath with a shower/tub combo.
You’ll appreciate the practical touches too: in‑unit washer and dryer so you can pack light, fast Wi‑Fi for remote work or streaming, central AC throughout, and that reserved parking stall waiting for you every time you come home.
Step outside and you’re in the middle of laid‑back Kahana. Grab coffee, shave ice, or a quick meal at the shops and eateries right downstairs, or stroll across the street to Kahana Beach, a soft, sandy entry that’s ideal for swimming, snorkeling, or just floating in the warm Pacific. Napili Bay, Kapalua Bay, and the best of West Maui are just a short drive away, but you may find you love coming “home” to this quieter, local‑feeling neighborhood at the end of the day.
The beach that is about a 3‑minute walk from Kahana Manor is Kahana Beach, directly across Lower Honoapiilani Road.
Guests have full, private access to the entire penthouse, including both king bedrooms, two bathrooms, the open‑concept living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, in‑unit washer and dryer, and both lanais. You’ll also have use of the dedicated parking space, the on‑site pool, and the building’s common areas such as elevators, walkways, and ground‑floor shops and eateries. Access is super easy: take the elevator up and walk one short flight of stairs to reach the front door of the unit.
I’m available throughout your stay by message, text, or phone if you need anything, but I give guests plenty of space and keep contact minimal. An on-island management team is also available for time‑sensitive or in‑person needs such as maintenance or emergencies, so you’ll always have local support without feeling supervised.
The condo is in the relaxed Kahana area of West Maui, a walkable neighborhood with beach access across the street, coffee, restaurants, and a pub just downstairs, and world‑class bays like Napili and Kapalua only a short drive away.
Wake up to soft sunrise colors and wind down with spectacular sunsets from this top‑floor Maui‑meets‑NYC penthouse. Just a 3‑minute walk to the beach, you’re perfectly positioned to experience all Maui has to offer—then simply head downstairs for fresh sushi or a lively local pub without ever needing to drive. With a LUXE 2BR layout, chef’s kitchen, central AC, fast Wi‑Fi, in‑unit laundry, and dedicated parking, this is your effortless, walkable Maui home base.
