THE SPACE. Two stories built around the view. Two queen bedrooms with a Jack-and-Jill bath and a convenient half bath complete the floor. Upstairs is pure retreat: a primary suite with king bed, private ocean-view patio, spa-style ensuite with soaking tub and rainfall shower, and a generous walk-in closet — plus a second king-quality queen suite with its own ensuite, walk-in closet, and sea-view patio. Below the main patio, lounge chairs and the cliff-edge jacuzzi wait for the day's final act: the sun melting into the water while you soak.

DISCLOSURES: The garage is locked and reserved for owner use. The lower patio and beach access stairs are shared with our full-time resident neighbors next door. Please be respectful of shared spaces and observe quiet hours to help maintain the peaceful nature of the property.

The backyard area located behind the neighboring home is private and reserved exclusively for the neighbors. Please do not enter or cross into this area.

The home is located near the airport and within a flight path, so occasional aircraft noise may be heard. The property also features natural vegetation and a variety of local wildlife, so you may occasionally see or hear birds, insects, or other critters during your stay.
