Current resort fees are $35 plus tax, (subject to change) this covers all party members in the house for the entirety of your stay. Fees are paid upon arrival at the clubhouse during regular business hours. Payment can only be made by credit card or mobile tap payments, no cash payments are accepted. And children regardless of age are counted towards the party size.

Please note this resort is a tow away zone 24/7. Only two cars are permitted to park on the driveway. No on street, curbside or grass parking at any time. Property Manager, home owner and booking agent have no responsibility should this happen.

The pool & spa can be heated for $35 per day. We do recommend heating the pool during the months of October to April.
