Welcome to our labor of love, our luxury condo in the former home of Fire Company 22, located next door to TQL Stadium and Washington Park. It's a luxury retreat with Soaring 18-foot ceilings, a designer kitchen, spa-inspired baths with a soaking tub and multiple shower heads, and a 700 sqft rooftop deck overlooking TQL stadium. We have secure garage parking for two and an elevator. Step outside and walk to Cincinnati’s best restaurants, bars, shops, Findlay Market, Music Hall and the streetcar.

IMPORTANT NOTE (Read!): The 4th bedroom is the room with the poker table shown in the photos. It has a sleeper sofa. One important thing to know is that it's elevated above the rest of the condo and has windows that look down onto bedroom 3. As such, privacy between bedrooms 3 and 4 is limited. Therefore, bedrooms 3 and 4 are best enjoyed with friends or family with whom you have a comfortable relationship.

You can park 2 vehicles in our secure garage located on site. No need to carry heavy luggage -- take the elevator up to your unit. You'll be greeted by soaring ceilings, high-end appliances, and an open-living-kitchen-dining experience. The master bathroom is en-suite, while the other bathroom is shared by the two other bedrooms.

Please note that the elevator does not go all the way to the roof deck. While you won't need to climb stairs to enter the building or your unit, you will need to climb stairs to reach the rooftop deck.
