Noise monitors are on the premises to ensure a quiet environment. They do not record - only tracks sound decibels.

📅 Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 8 PM to 8 AM. Please be mindful of noise during these hours to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors. If a noise complaint results in a police call to the property, an automatic $200 fine will apply. This is a quiet neighborhood and they have strict rules regarding noise/sound.

🚗 Parking
No Street Parking: Marco Island strictly enforces parking regulations. Vehicles may not be parked on the street at any time.
No Sidewalk Blocking: Ensure your vehicle does not extend over or block the sidewalk, as this is also prohibited.
Driveway Parking: Space for up to 4 vehicles in the driveway. Please plan accordingly.

🌡️ Heated Saltwater Pool Information
The heated pool fee is $100 per week. For a two-week stay, the fee will be $200. For stays shorter than one week, the fee remains $100. The pool can be heated to about 20-25 degrees above the ambient temperature; please keep in mind that when the weather is cooler may not be as warm as you might expect. For example, if the ambient nightly temperature is only 55 degrees, then the pool might heat up to 75-80 degrees. We recommend the pool is heated in the months between October to May each year. We require at least a 3-day notice before your arrival if you'd like the pool heated. Pool must be heated for the entirety of your stay. Our pools usually heat to about 20 degrees above the ambient outside temperatures with the max temperature set to 85 degrees. While FL is warm most of the year, we do experience cold fronts that affect how warm the pools can get when heated. Please keep this mind for your trip if booking during FL’s colder months. Thank you!

Just a friendly heads-up regarding the pool heater. Due to manufacturer limitations, pool heaters are not efficient when outdoor temperatures drop below 55°F. During colder weather, the heater may run but the pool may not reach the desired temperature, and heating cannot be guaranteed. We appreciate your understanding and are always happy to answer any questions before or during your stay.

Guests must be 25 years or older to book this property.

GUEST VERIFICATION:
To help ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, the primary guest listed on the reservation may be asked to complete a quick verification process within 48 hours of booking, depending on the platform used to book the reservation.

Prior to check-in, guests may also be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes agreeing to our rental terms and conditions and, on certain booking platforms, providing a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before arrival.

Included with your booking is our damage waiver coverage, which helps protect against accidental, self-reported damage during your stay when reported prior to check-out.
