★ QUIET HOURS ★
Please respect quiet hours from 10 pm–8 am, per city ordinance. No outdoor music and low noise levels are required. Noise monitoring devices are installed as mandated by Broward County.

Important Notices:

Commercial use and video recording are not allowed on the property.

A refundable $1,500 security deposit is required prior to arrival. Additional deposits apply for local residents, bookings made within 7 days, or based on property size ($500 for homes with 5 bedrooms or less; $1,000 for 6+ bedrooms). Credit cards are not accepted for deposits.

Please note that for July 4th holiday bookings, an additional $500 security deposit is required on top of the standard amount; additionally, please be aware that fireworks and parties are strictly prohibited at the property

There is a $750 fee for smoking inside the house, plus any costs for damaged furniture. Should the next reservation be cancelled due to the smell of smoke, you will be responsible for the cost of that stay

Please note that failure to comply with any of house rules could lead to the loss of your security deposit.

Pool heating is available for a small additional fee.

Bookings of 2 nights require an extra security deposit.
