Other things to note

1. Required to sign the rental agreement form.

2. Check-in to Villa: The official Check-in time is 4:00 pm unless the leasing contract has specified another time.

3. Check-out of Villa: The official check-out time is 10:00 am unless the leasing Agreement has specified another time in advance with fee. Failure to vacate at the agreed time will inquire an automatic late check-out fee. If there is anything damaged or you have anything to report, please call the management firm before you leave. Please be sure to check out on time with all furniture and villa finishing in a tidy and original location if moved or used so housekeeping can start cleaning promptly, otherwise a fee might be charged unless arrangements were made in advance.

4. Pool/spa heat is additional fee if available. The pool/spa heater is set up automatically between 9.00am and 9.00pm. But it might take hours for the pool to reach the desired temperature depending on the outside conditions. Pool/spa heating temperature in winter/colder months cannot be completely guaranteed. If you would like us to have all child gates installed, notify us when booking the home.

5. Garbage Collection: All Trash must be placed in 13-gallon trash bags, all cardboard should be broken down, please avoid placing liquids inside the bin, do not leave loose trash inside the bin. Trash will be collected according to the community set up. Please use only sealed trash bags and take garbage out to a collection bin near front door to be taken away by Resort Service.

6. Occasionally, the cell phone signal is not very stable in the house, we are very sorry for that.

7. Please help us keep this home in tip-top condition by leaving the home as you found it. If there is anything in the home that needs our attention please kindly let us know.

8. This will be a self-catering house.
   We provide the basics to get you started, toilet paper, paper towel, coffee, snacks. You are responsible for replenishing once the starter items run out

There is parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway. There is a large visitor parking lot not far from the house for additional cars

Rental agreement: All guests sign a rental agreement before check-in — straightforward and sent after booking.

Check-in & checkout: Check-in 4:00 PM · Checkout 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late checkout may be available for an additional fee — just ask.

Pool & spa: Heating available for an additional fee, arranged at booking. Heater runs 9am–9pm daily. Child safety pool gates available on request.

Parking: Free driveway parking for 2 vehicles. Additional overflow parking available nearby in the community.

Trash: Please bag all trash in 13-gallon sealed bags and place in the collection bin near the front door before departure.

Starter supplies: Toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, and snacks provided as a starter.

Cell signal: Can be spotty inside — high-speed Wi-Fi available throughout as a substitute.

Furniture: Please return all furniture to its original position before checkout.
