“WOW, where do I begin? Truly the best Airbnb we have every stayed at and that is saying a lot. The personal touches made it very special for our family. You can tell, love, thought and effort that was put into making the luxury cabin so luxury and family friendly. They thought of everything. The house itself is brand new, everything is in perfect condition. The master bedroom shower makes you want to shower 3 times per day, the water pressure and shower heads (yes that is right a double shower that fits two adults comfortably) are amazing. The location is great and central to tons of family fun activities. We spent hours in the hot tub watching movies on the projector, fires in the fire pit every night, cooked just about every meal on the grill and my daughter was on the swing set constantly which gave us a nice break. Melissa's communication was excellent. She had great suggestions and responded quickly to a couple of questions we had. Surrounded by nature, this beautiful cabin offers plenty of space for six guests to relax, enjoy each other’s company and make wonderful memories.

The master bedroom is on the first floor and provides guests with a luxuriously comfortable king-sized bed with an iron frame, topped with a Nectar mattress. It’s so cozy, you may have trouble getting out of bed in the morning! Not only will you be able to enjoy your favorite TV shows on the 43” smart TV, but also the breathtaking views beyond the sliding doors. Cozy up in the hanging chair with your favorite morning beverage and a blanket. In the mornings, step through the doors to enjoy some yoga or a quiet cup of coffee on the back patio before everyone else wakes up.

Upstairs on the second floor, you’ll find the second bedroom, complete with a twin-over-full bunk bed. Sit back and relax on one of the two oversized bean bags, while enjoying your favorite show or movie using the 32” smart TV and DVD player. It’s a great space for kids to hang out with a few board games, especially while listening to the pitter-patter of raindrops on a rainy day.

Aside from the spacious bedrooms, additional sleeping space is available in the living room. You’ll find the large, leather sofa can be transformed into a sleeper sofa, offering you lots of flexibility in the sleeping arrangements.

Two stylish bathrooms with modern fixtures and plenty of room are available for use throughout your stay.

On the first floor, the master bedroom has a private ensuite bathroom, complete with double sink vanity. Here you’ll be able to enjoy a long, relaxing soak in the large, farm-style bathtub. The spacious separate shower features not one, but two shower heads. It’s easily the most indulgent shower you’ll ever have!

A second full bathroom can be found on the second floor, offering a modern, clean vibe and a hot shower. There’s plenty of bathroom space, so rest assured there won’t be a line for the bathroom.

We threw in a rack of spices to inspire you. We even provide everything you need to make s’mores on the outside fire pit – so get to toasting some marshmallows and making some magical family memories!

We like to keep things casual yet stylish at “Hammock Hideaway”. The exquisite granite kitchen island is as functional as it is attractive, providing space for the family to gather around to enjoy meals or keep the chef company.

The comfortable living room is the perfect place for the whole family to relax. Find a spot on the plump, oversized leather sofa or one of the comfy leather chairs. Flip a switch and enjoy the warming ambiance of the indoor fireplace while catching up on your favorite TV shows on the large 65” smart TV. You’ll also find an impressive selection of games, puzzles, books, and DVDs to choose from.

Head to the back patio to find the spacious, wooden deck. With a bubbling hot tub, a large Polywood picnic table for eight, and lots of chairs for you to sit in and enjoy the scenery, we’re sure you’ll find this the perfect place to relax and watch the kids at play.

This is outdoor living at its best. Cook some burgers or hot dogs on the BBQ grill. Enjoy them with a few drinks, while listening to the sound of the birds in the tall pines. Enjoy a few rounds of cornhole while the kids take turns on the swing set.

For the ultimate vacation indulgence, pull down the retractable 100” movie screen and switch on the DVD player. Choose a movie, grab some popcorn, and enjoy a cinematic experience from anywhere on the deck, including the hot tub – there’s not a bad seat in the house!

When it starts to get darker, slow the pace down a little and make use of the convenient fire pit. We’ve arranged lots of seating around it, so you’ll be able to enjoy moonlit conversations and lots of s’mores! We think the best seats are the two hanging hammocks – you may have to draw straws to see who gets the next turn!

The children will adore playing on the outdoor play set, complete with a slide. Don’t worry when the evening starts to draw in. The ambient string lights mean that little ones will be able to carry on playing long after bedtime (parent permission pending)! As guests, your group will have this entire cozy cabin all to yourselves. This includes comfy bedrooms, cozy living spaces tastefully decorated with Pottery Barn and West Elm furnishings, and amazing outdoor amenities. There’s plenty of free parking on the property.

Fast wifi (speeds up to 663 Mbps) is available throughout the property, so you’ll be able to stream for fun or work.

This property is hosted by Chris and Melissa and available by phone, text or on the airbnb platform as needed.

“Hammock Hideaway” is located in the new Cedar Hills community between Broken Bow & Hochatown, Oklahoma.

The Broken Bow/Hochatown area does require the use of a vehicle. While all the roads in the area can be a bit bumpy our cabin is easily accessible & roads are flat. The cabin has a circular gravel drive for parking with plenty of space for pulling a boat or ATV trailer.

ACCESS: Check in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. We are not able to accommodate early or late checkins/outs during busy times or same day checkins/outs for guests. The property features self-checkin using an electronic smart lock keypad. A unique door code will be provided at least 48 hours before check-in.

RULES
✔ No more than the max number of guests allowed at the property based on the reservation.
✔ Quiet hours are from 10pm to 9am in respect of other surrounding properties.
✔ Avoid the use of hair dyes, hair coloring and other products that could stain linens.
✔ No fireworks, candles or discharging of firearms allowed.
✔ If the property is left excessively dirty it could require an additional cleaning fee.
✔ An adult of at least 18 years old must supervise all kids around the hot tub.

DAMAGE WAIVER OR SECURITY HOLD: You can opt for a $49 damage waiver (covers accidental breaks, mishaps) or a refundable $1000 hold (released 7 days after your stay)—whichever you prefer!

RENTAL AGREEMENT: We ask guests to sign a rental agreement for their reservation.

RECOMMENDATIONS: We encourage all guests to purchase rental insurance should something unexpected come up and impact your stay. We must follow our refund policy.

NO SMOKING: or use of fire permitted in the rental. Guest acknowledges that no “smoking” includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and “use of fire” includes lighting of candles, incense or sage. There will be a $500 charge if this rule is not followed.

SECURITY CAMERAS: Renters acknowledge and accept that the property is monitored by outdoor security cameras to protect the property.

GAS FIREPLACE(S): These are turned off from Mid-May to Mid-September in the warmer months.

PETS: Pets are not allowed. Some guests have medical or allergy reasons for staying at places that don't allow pets, and some people simply prefer it. We have to maintain that consistency for our guests. We can't be partly pet friendly and partly not. While we wish we could accommodate this, it is just a policy we can't bend on.

NOTICE: All guests at the property agree to hold the property owner and all contractors harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from or related to the use of the property. This includes, but is not limited to, any injuries, accidents, or losses that may occur on the property. Renters acknowledge that they are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their guests while on the premises. The property owner and contractors shall not be held liable for any incidents or damages resulting from the use of the property, its amenities, or the surrounding area, except under gross negligence or willful misconduct.

WILDLIFE & NATURE: We have a regular pest control service that maintains the grounds. However, as we are located in a rural area, potential guests should be aware that local flora and fauna, including snakes, lizards, deer, bears, raccoons, spiders, ladybugs, wasps, bees, rabbits, excessive pollen, poison ivy/oak, chiggers, beetles, field mice, ants, cockroaches, squirrels, opossums, flies, coyotes, moths, and butterflies, may be present. Despite our strict pest control and cleaning regimen, some native wildlife may still make their presence known. Because the property is in the forest, we cannot guarantee you won't see some of these. We appreciate your understanding!
