In compliance with City of Bermuda Dunes regulations, the primary renter must provide a copy of a government-issued ID, submit the license plate numbers for all vehicles parked at the property, and sign a required rental agreement prior to check-in. Verification and contracts are submitted through an alternate page called SuiteOp after confirmation of reservation*

If a mid-term reservation is extended and becomes subject to this requirement, the applicable cleaning fee(s) will be added accordingly and reflected on the guest's final post-checkout invoice.

*** PET FEE: *** A non-refundable pet fee of $75 per pet is required for all stays with pets to cover additional deep cleaning.

*** OPTIONAL POOL / SPA HEATING: *** Optional pool heating is available for a fee of $99 per night and must be reserved for a minimum of 2 consecutive nights. Please provide at least 48 hours' notice before your arrival to ensure the pool is heated for your stay.

*** OUTDOOR MUSIC IS PROHIBITED PER BERMUDA DUNES ORDINANCE. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People's noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. ANY FINES RELATED TO CITY ORDINANCE VIOLATIONS WILL BE PAID BY THE GUEST.

**MAIL & PACKAGE DELIVERIES ***
Guests are welcome to have mail or packages delivered to the property during their stay; however, deliveries are made at the guest’s own risk. The host/owner is not responsible for any lost, delayed, or undelivered mail or packages.
Please note that the property’s mailing address is typically forwarded to an offsite location, which may cause delays or affect deliveries. Because of this, we highly recommend guests either hold their mail at the nearest post office or rent an Amazon Locker for a more secure and reliable option.
While we will do our best to assist if an issue arises, our ability to help retrieve missing items is limited and cannot be guaranteed.
