Overall a good location and solid space for a group trip, and we had a great time in Nashville. That said, there were a few execution issues worth noting. We booked the property for 12 guests, but the bedding setup wasn’t configured correctly at check-in, and despite being told someone would come by to fix it, it was never resolved during the stay. We also ran into a few minor issues (lock not active at arrival, some visible wear/scuffs, limited supplies), which added a bit of friction to the experience. Nothing that ruined the trip, but for the price point we expected a bit more consistency on setup and follow-through.
