Welcome to Lux Lodge! A 6000 square foot ultra luxury home on 12 acres in the woods of Eureka Springs. This 3 level home has everything you could want in a luxury home. The lower level has the mother of all game rooms that leads to the most spectacular backyard you will ever find. The home is close to lakes, trails and historic downtown Eureka Springs. The loft over the garage allows us to accommodate up to 22 people.
The home is set up to accommodate a large family. The gourmet kitchen has 3 refrigerators including a wine fridge, and one in the laundry room off the kitchen.
There are 7 bedrooms. 3 bedrooms are ensuite. The master bedroom has a fireplace, a wet bar and a fridge. The master bathroom has heated floors, a soaking tub, and a walk in steam shower. Bedroom #4 has a Playstation for kids. Bedroom number five downstairs is a murphy bed
The game room features a full kitchen with a margarita machine! there is a full bathroom with a walk in shower. There is a Shuffleboard table, a pool table, arcade games, a massage chair workout equipment. The sofa is big, wide and comfy so we listed that as extra sleeping space with linens. There is also an 8 seat movie theater with an 8k tv and surround sound. Outside has an outdoor kitchen with grills, smokers, and 2 pizza ovens, and fridge. you can play your music over the speakers while you soak in the huge Bill Frog hot tub. There is a barrel sauna for 6. The pool has a waterfall and has a fire feature. The pavilion has high top seating for eating and lounge seating with a tv and fireplace! Practice your game on the pro style putting green. There is a loft apartment over the garage if some of your large groups needs their own space. It has a full kitchen a king sized bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed.
The grounds are 12 acres in size and feature 2 hiking trails. one is easy and pave with local stone gravel. The longer trail is 3/4 of a mile and is more challenging, and circles the entire property. At the top of the property is a carport if you need covered parking. We also have a Tesla charging station
The home features commercial grade wifi so don't worry about staying connected or speed.
