Important: Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted directly for booking validation, which includes ID verification and the deposit collection.

In order to ensure a worry-free stay, we collect a $1,000.00 refundable deposit. The deposit will be returned if no damages or violations (such as smoking) are found during your stay.
We can accommodate small gatherings of up to 20 people (only 10 overnight), and 5 cars can be parked at all times. Noise is monitored in order not to bother neighbors so no loud music or Djs.

• If you are renting the space for a small gathering, it will be an additional $250 non-refundable fee.

This luxury home is a 3700 sq ft, 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom home with resort-style outdoor space.

3 full bathrooms fully stocked with shampoo, soap, hand soap, washcloths, towels, and a hair dryer.

KITCHEN AND DINING:
Fully stocked with pots & pans, plates, cups, mugs, utensils, cooking tools, a coffee pot, a toaster oven, an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and a microwave. Dining areas with seating for 10 and all the necessary dinnerware.

OUTDOOR AREAS:
The backyard has plenty of outdoor lounge furniture.

PARKING:
Free parking is available right outside the property for five cars. NOTE: Street or grass parking is prohibited.

WHAT'S INCLUDED:
Free WiFi, smart TVs. We provide a starter pack of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels & toiletries) for your first few nights. You may need to purchase more depending on use.
Guest access:
The entire house is for your exclusive use. Please observe check-in time is 4 PM; due to high occupancy and new cleaning standards, we may not be able to allow for an early check-in. If you require an early check-in, please check with the host to block out an additional night (if available) at a discounted rate; this will guarantee an early check-in, or request an early check-in.

Other things to note:
Please NO SMOKING INDOORS. Smoking inside the house will incur an additional cleaning fee.
The property is protected by surveillance cameras (located on the exterior of the house only, the front and rear of the house) and noise detectors (which do not record). The noise detectors are located on the interior and backyard. DO NOT TAMPER WITH CAMERAS OR NOISE DETECTORS. DOING SO WILL RESULT IN THE CANCELATION OF YOUR RESERVATION.

Remember that you’re staying in a house in a quiet residential area; we ask that you be mindful of the noise and be respectful to our neighbors. Please treat the home with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. Thank you
