All housekeeping staff follow rigorous protocols, wear protective equipment, and use EPA-registered cleaning products. High-touch surfaces—keys, doorknobs, light switches, appliances, electronics—are disinfected and sanitized between guests. All dinnerware is re-washed by our trained professionals. Smoke and CO detectors, fire extinguishers, and all mechanicals are tested and maintained regularly.

IMPORTANT BOOKING DETAILS

Before you book, please note the following:

Guests must be at least 25 years old per Palm Springs ordinance. The City of Palm Springs requires an executed rental agreement and copies of government-issued identification and vehicle license plate numbers (submitted through our verification system after booking confirmation).

Outdoor music is prohibited under Palm Springs city ordinance—music played indoors must not be heard outdoors. Daytime (8 AM–10 PM) conversation noise is permissible if measured and reasonable. Any fines related to city ordinance violations are the guest's responsibility.

Pool heating is optional at $99 per night (minimum 2 consecutive nights). Requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance; requests made with less notice are ineligible for refund.

No pets are allowed on the premises. Guest count must be accurate, as pricing varies by occupancy. Long-term stays are welcome.

Cancellations within 48 hours of booking receive a full refund. Cancellations 30+ days before check-in receive 50% refund. Cancellations within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable. No cancellations are permitted during holiday and special event weekends. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
