The entire home features durable and easy-to-clean tile flooring throughout most of the living areas, complemented by warm hardwood in select areas. Enjoy year-round comfort with central air-conditioning and in-floor radiant heating throughout the home, including the attached garage. You'll also find a spacious mudroom/office upon garage entry and a dedicated laundry room with a wash sink , equipped with a washer, dryer, iron board, iron, laundry soap, and fabric softener sheets. High-speed Wi-Fi (1 Gig Internet) is available throughout the property.
The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils, plates, dishes, a 14-piece kitchen knife set, bowls, a wine opener, glasses, cups, coffee mugs, pots, pans, a strainer, seasonings, children's utensils, cutting boards, glass baking dishes, a blender, a hand mixer, a tea pot, BBQ grill tools, and a Pyrex Measuring Cup Set. The Pond:

• The pond is a beautiful, stocked feature , fed by the Animas Consolidated Ditch, which typically runs from April through October. While wonderful for enjoyment, please note swimming is not permitted, and children must be supervised by an adult at all times around the water.

• Discover unique "hidden easter eggs" throughout the expansive 4-acre property, including an original shed that adds a historical working ranch vibe, perfect for picturesque photo opportunities.

Outdoor Activities:

• While horseback riding and specific water activities are not directly on-site, we are ideally located to arrange and recommend premier local outfitters and access points for guided fishing, rafting, hiking, and equestrian experiences.

Fire Pit:

• A designated fire pit is available for guest use. Please adhere to local fire restrictions and use responsibly. Firewood may be provided or available for purchase locally.

Septic System:

• As a rural property, Willow's Ranch operates on a septic system. Please only flush toilet paper to prevent costly damage.

Pets:

• Pets are not allowed without prior approval. All pet fees are per pet per stay .
