The apartment is equipped with a full kitchen utilities, dishes, glasses and cutleries. You can start your energetic or relaxing morning with self-made cup of coffee at the terrace. The dining area has a table and four chairs. After having delicious meal you can rest at the easy transferable full-size couch along with a TV and simply enjoy the day!

Beautifully furnished bedroom includes one King Size bed with high quality bedding sheets.

Plus another transferable full-size couch in den-bedroom.

Costa Hollywood Beach Resort is situated along Hollywood Beach, which is known for its white sandy shores and clear blue waters. The resort is surrounded by a mix of commercial and residential spaces, offering both convenience and relaxation to its visitors. The neighborhood is primarily known for its stunning beaches. Hollywood Beach offers a picturesque coastline where visitors can enjoy sunbathing, swimming, beach sports, and leisurely strolls along the boardwalk.

!! UPON CHECK-IN YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOLLOWING FEES In addition to the fees that you already paid on AirBnb:

•⁠ ⁠RESORT FEE OF $40 + tax per night by the building front desk, The resort fee will include: 2 beach chairs (3rd party company - Boucher Brothers). Pool and Jacuzzi access, and WiFi throughout the property.
•⁠ ⁠ONE-TIME REGISTRATION FEE OF $56.50.

*Please, note that an umbrella is not included and cost $25 (one-time-use).

Valet parking $42+ tax per night

Deposit of $100 (will be returned on the day of check out).

  Any early check in needs to be confirmed with hotel cleaning directly through the front desk. Pease search for “Costa Hollywood” to find their phone number.

***Late check-out fee is $80 for 2 extra hours based on availability and must be confirmed with STAY TODAY representative at least before 1 day check-out.

*** NO WASHER/DRYER IN BUILDING AND UNIT.

****For any additional cleaning services requested by guests, the cost will be covered directly by the guests.

Kindly note: the unit offers sufficient amenities for a short-term stay, and we encourage you to discover nearby supermarkets, shops, and plazas to replenish any additional items according to your preferences, taste and needs.

• BUGS & CRITTERS: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed.

• Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property as well as on balconies or backyards and front yards of houses (if applicable). To maintain a smoke-free environment, we enforce a strict no-smoking policy. Any violation of this policy will result in a penalty of $500.
