Hot tub deck + wet bar, game room, Nashville

Dolly's Big House puts your group minutes from Centennial Park and The Parthenon, with a top-floor hot tub deck and a neon-lit game room built for nonstop fun.
• Sleeps 12 across 4 bedrooms and 18 beds
• 5 bathrooms
• Top-floor hot tub with city views and spiral staircase
• Wet bar on the top floor for cocktails and group hangs
• Game room with selfie station and neon sign
• Open-concept kitchen and living room with bookshelf divider
• Garage plus free street parking

Four floors of space mean this group never has to split up to find room to spread out. A bookshelf doubles as a room divider in the open living area, and the kitchen's marble island with bar stools keeps the cook in the conversation instead of stuck behind a counter.

The top floor is where the stay peaks, with two connected deck areas: one built around the hot tub and spiral staircase with skyline views, the other set up with a wet bar, bar seating, and cornhole under string lights for evenings that run late. A gas grill sits right next to the hot tub, so dinner and a soak happen in the same spot.

Downstairs, the game room leans into its own personality with a neon "Dolly's Big House" sign, a flower wall, a ring light, and a selfie station, one of several photo-op backdrops scattered through the house. Spend the day at Centennial Park or The Parthenon, soak in the hot tub as the sky turns pink, grab a cocktail at the wet bar, then head down for games before everyone splits off to their own bed.
