Guests enter on the top floor, greeted by panoramic river views through expansive windows. Descend to the main living level, where a gourmet kitchen awaits, equipped with everything needed to prepare memorable meals. This floor also features two outdoor dining areas, a wraparound balcony, and a convenient half bath.

The next level is home to the serene primary bedroom with a plush king bed, en-suite bathroom, and private balcony overlooking the water. A second sleeping area on this floor offers added flexibility, and the laundry room ensures convenience during your stay.

One floor down, you'll find another bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom, plus two additional bedrooms with direct access to the large lower deck and waterfront. These two bedrooms share a hall bathroom, creating a comfortable space for rest and relaxation.

The River House boasts multiple balconies and decks, each offering the best river views in all of Saugatuck! The large lower deck provides direct access to the waterfront, perfect for soaking in the natural beauty, enjoying morning coffee, or gathering with loved ones as the sun sets over the river.

Nestled on the shores of the river, the house is just a short walk to downtown Saugatuck, where you’ll find charming shops, galleries, and award-winning restaurants. Explore nearby beaches, hiking trails, and water activities for a truly unforgettable stay.

As part of your reservation, you’ll be asked to sign a standard liability waiver covering use of the hot tub and any recreational amenities. This ensures all guests understand and accept the safety guidelines and risks involved. Please be sure to complete this before your arrival so we can confirm your reservation.
