Located in West Anaheim, the home is located in a quiet, established residential pocket made up mostly of mid-century single family homes on tree-lined streets. The area has a relaxed suburban feel with long-time homeowners and a strong sense of community.

One of the biggest advantages of this location is its Central Orange County convenience. You're just a short drive from Disneyland Resort, the Anaheim Convention Center, Knott's Berry Farm, and beaches.

Everyday essentials are nearby, including grocery stores and local restaurants. There is quick access to the 5, 91, and 22 freeways, connecting easily to coastal cities, Los Angeles, and Irvine.

Ride share is available, however, we recommend having a car.

PARTY POLICY
We strictly prohibit large-scale gatherings; however, we do welcome small, tasteful events such as bachelorette celebrations and family BBQs. Guest count must not exceed the maximum occupancy of 12, quiet hours must be observed, and the number of overnight guests should not exceed those listed in your reservation. Guests are expected to treat the property with care and respect neighbors at all times. Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

PET POLICY
We know vacation isn’t the same without your best friend. Clubhouse '55 welcomes well-behaved dogs.
✸ Up to 2 dogs per stay
✸ $150 pet fee
✸ Keep pups off beds and furniture, and pick up after them in the yard
✸ Dogs shouldn’t be left alone in the home unless crated
✸ Dogs aren’t allowed in the pool or spa
✸ Keep dogs supervised and leashed or indoors whenever the pool area is open
✸ Never leave dogs alone in the backyard

Not every dog can swim or find their way out of a pool, so we ask that everyone keep an eye on their pup around the water. Pet hair also clogs the pool filters, so a pool cleaning fee applies if a dog goes in.

The pet fee helps our cleaning team give every guest, with or without pets, the spotless stay we’re known for.

EARLY CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT
We’re happy to accommodate an additional half-day stay at the beginning or end of your reservation, based on availability. Fees vary depending on demand, so please reach out in advance for a custom quote.

RENTAL AGREEMENT/HOUSE RULES
All guests sign a short rental agreement after booking. Its key terms are an acknowledgment of our house rules:
✸ Max 12 people at the home at any time, including visitors. Small celebrations of 12 or fewer are welcome; larger parties, promoted events, and commercial shoots are not.
✸ Quiet hours 10 PM to 8 AM.
✸ No smoking, vaping, or fireworks anywhere on the property.
✸ Dogs by approval only: $150 per stay, max 2. Unregistered pets: $500 fee plus cleaning costs.
✸ Pool: adults supervise kids under 14. Repair or cleaning costs from misuse are charged at actual cost.
✸ Late checkout without approval: $50 per hour.
✸ Guests are responsible for damage or extra cleaning caused by their group.
✸ Serious violations (over 12 people, parties, smoking, fireworks) may end the stay without a refund for unused nights.
✸ If a dispute ever arises (we hope it never does), it goes to mediation first, then binding arbitration in Orange County. This waives jury trials and class actions. Small claims court is also available.
If you'd prefer not to sign after booking, you may cancel for a full refund within 48 hours of receiving the agreement.

SAFETY ACKNOWLEDGMENT

Guests acknowledge that staying at the property involves ordinary risks associated with residential use, including but not limited to stairs, outdoor areas, weather conditions, and household amenities. Guests agree to use the property and its amenities responsibly and in accordance with posted instructions and these House Rules.

CAMERAS
Exterior security cameras are located at the front gate (doorbell camera), driveway, front yard, both side yards, and pool area. There are no cameras inside the home. None of the cameras can see inside the home. The pool camera is required by our insurance carrier. To respect your privacy, we do not watch it during your stay, and footage is reviewed only if a safety, security, or property issue is reported. The camera is not a substitute for supervision, so please make sure an adult is always watching the pool when it’s in use, especially when children are swimming.

Our house rules keep the home special for every group that stays here, and we ask that all guests follow them. Stays that don’t may be ended early. We’re here for you before, during, and after your visit, so reach out anytime.
