Before you reach the door, you'll already know this place is different. The road climbs between the trees and the stream, the air turns cooler, and suddenly it appears: a two-story mansion resting on the hillside, its floor-to-ceiling windows mirroring the entire forest. You park at the entrance, and the first thing you hear isn't another car — it's the water tumbling down from the mountain.

Inside, warm wood, stone, and walls of glass keep the forest present in every room, across two levels connected by a private elevator. Outside, the deck gathers the essence of the Smokies in one place: an infinity pool facing the creek, a hot tub for four, a sauna, and a fire pit for starlit nights. At the far corner of the property, a second fire pit sits ringed by forest beside the mini golf course — the spot where fireflies magically appear at dusk.

Deer cross at dawn, squirrels and rabbits work the tree line — and respectfully, you may spot bears in our creek, please do not feed them.
