Complete with a pool, fire pit, outdoor bbq grill, and indoor/outdoor bar with tropical views of palm trees and mountains! This is the ultimate "influencer spot", with picturesque spots around every corner. Did I mention built-in bunk beds and a make-up/getting-ready counter?

The Margot is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home complete with "influencer" spots around every corner! Gather around the dining table to eat brunch, play card games, or sip on mimosas! The highlight of the kitchen is the indoor/outdoor awning window which opens up to a glorious view of the pool, complete with 3 bar stools on the patio end. The kitchen then opens up to the living room so you can converse while you be a bartender! The 3 of the 4 bedrooms are tucked away toward the back of the home, each one beautiful in their own way!

COFFEE MACHINE INFO
The unit has a DRIP and SINGLE SERVE machine. To get you started, we provide a handful of single-serve cups for each reservation. Heavy coffee drinkers may need to bring additional coffee.

POOL TOWELS
Yes, we have pool towels at the property for your whole reservation.

Our neighborhood is visitor-friendly - you can park in our 4-car driveway or on the street if you'd like!

The home is located in a cute little neighborhood just 8 minutes from Old Town Scottsdale (bars and clubs) & Fashion Square! For privacy, we won’t reveal the address until 48 hours before but a close point of reference is Dutch Bros Coffee Shop - 2012 N Scottsdale Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85257.

We have a driveway long enough for 4 cars and there is street parking available! However, if you don’t have a car, we recommend Uber or Lyft to get around!

IMPORTANT CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT NOTE
This particular property takes about 5-6 hours to clean and prepare between each reservation. So to be courteous to our guests' schedules before and after your stay and our cleaning staff's schedules, we CAN NOT accommodate an early check-in or a late check-out in advance. So we kindly ask you to be patient with our team while we prepare the property for your stay. However, if, for whatever reason, the property is available early, we will make sure to let you know on the day of your check-in.

PETS
We’re pet-friendly. Please add your pet to the reservation so Airbnb can apply the pet fee. If a pet arrives without being added, the required fee will be requested.

GUESTS
Please ensure all guests staying at the property are included in your reservation. Airbnb will calculate costs based on the number of guests listed, so your reservation must reflect the correct total. If additional guests arrive and are not included in the original booking, any extra guest fees will be charged to your reservation.

POOL HEATER
The pool can be heated, and we’re happy to accommodate for an additional fee. These adjustments are processed through a Reservation Alteration Request, and applicable taxes and fees may apply.

SECURITY POLICY
The home’s exterior is equipped with security cameras for the safety and security of our guests and the property. This is a strictly no-party home, and unauthorized events or unregistered guests are not permitted. If these rules are violated or a safety concern arises, on-site security may be dispatched, and the reservation will be terminated, requiring all guests to vacate the property without refund.

DISCREPANCIES
If there are any issues with the cleanliness of the unit or its amenities, these issues MUST be brought to the host's attention during your arrival so we may fix the issue immediately. We will not provide refunds for any issues mentioned after a reservation has been completed or for anything outside the Host's control - examples are acts of God. Additionally, no refunds or discounts will be issued if the pool, pool heater, or other complimentary amenities require repairs or are temporarily shut down. Refunds will only be considered if the guest has paid for additional services and those services were unavailable. All other amenities not essential for the livability of the home are considered complimentary and are not eligible for refunds or discounts.

HEATING & COOLING
Guests have full control over the heating and cooling of the property and are welcome to adjust the thermostat to a comfortable level during their stay. Please note that our HVAC systems are equipped with preset limits to protect the equipment from potential strain or damage.

LEGAL
In accordance with the City of Scottsdale, our property accommodates a maximum of 6 adults and their related dependent children. We also do not allow events or parties of any kind.
