Guests are required to sign the HCP rental agreement upon booking. May/June Booking Notice: Please note that maintenance work will be taking place on the gazebo near the pool area during May in to June. While pool access is expected to remain largely available, there may be a few brief periods when access is limited for a portion of the day. Guests should also expect some construction noise and activity in the vicinity of the pool during this time.
