This 1913 Craftsman in Santa Rosa's historic McDonald District pairs a 4 bedroom main house with a private guest cottage: 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, sleeps 12. Walk to downtown dinners, then let our private driver show you Sonoma wine country while everyone tastes freely.

At 8am, the house is quiet and full of light. Brew a carafe on the Keurig, spread breakfast across the Taj Mahal quartzite counters, and cook on the Wolf range while the Sub Zero keeps everything cold. Someone always claims the clawfoot tub in the primary suite first. Take your coffee out to the real grass lawn before the day's tastings begin.

At 8pm, the backyard takes over. Fire up the grill in the stone outdoor kitchen under the cedar pergola, gather around the gas fire pit as the string lights come on, and slip into the hot tub under the stars. When it cools down, move inside to the gas fireplace and the MartinLogan sound system in the living room.

OUTSIDE
Stone outdoor kitchen and grill under a cedar pergola, gas fire pit with lounge seating, hot tub, and a real grass lawn. The backyard is shared between the main house and the cottage.

Parking for four: two garage spaces, one spot outside the garage and one on the street. Quiet hours are 9PM to 7AM and are enforced by the City of Santa Rosa.

Property notes: the main house and guest house share the backyard, hot tub, and outdoor kitchen, so if booking only one unit, you may see guests of the other unit using these shared spaces. Real grass lawn — pet-friendly if approved in advance. The third main-house bathroom has a shower only (no tub). Soap and basic toiletries are stocked.

Early check ins and late check outs are subject to availability, must be approved in writing in advance, and are charged at 50% of the nightly rate.

Guest Check In Form: After booking you will receive a link to our Guest App. Before arrival, the main guest completes a short check in form with their full name, email, phone, date of birth, a photo of a government ID (passport, ID card or driver's license), and an electronic signature on our rental agreement. Check in instructions and access details are sent only once the form is complete.
