One of the home's biggest advantages is its no-rear-neighbor setting. The added privacy makes the private pool area an especially inviting place to relax between visits to Orlando's theme parks and attractions.

The screened pool and spa are surrounded by a spacious pool deck with outdoor patio furniture, giving adults a comfortable place to relax while younger guests swim. Optional pool heat is available for $40 per day. The spa is not a hot tub and is heated to the same temperature as the pool only when pool heat is added.
