GOOD TO KNOW
• Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for a fee.
• Maximum occupancy: 16 guests, including children. Day visitors must be pre-approved. Unregistered guests aren't permitted.
• No parties or excessive noise. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM.
• No smoking or vaping inside either home or on the premises. A $500 fine plus cleaning and damage costs applies.
• Pool: no glass, and children must be supervised at all times.
• Pets: one pet maximum with approval, $150 pet fee. Undisclosed pets: $300 fee. Pets aren't allowed on furniture.
• Exterior security cameras cover the entrances, driveway, backyard and pool areas. There are no cameras inside.
