Located on the lower level of our family home, guests access the space via a well-lit staircase with a sturdy railing, just 12 steps from the garage to your serene, stylish escape.

Nestled in the heart of Mission Hills, a walkable, welcoming community, you’ll find cozy coffee shops, locally loved restaurants, and boutique shopping all within strolling distance. Whether you're grabbing brunch, sipping lattes, or browsing for gifts, the neighborhood vibe is relaxed, friendly, and full of character.
And when you're ready to explore beyond the neighborhood, you're perfectly positioned. With two major freeways nearby, you can be in La Jolla or Del Mar in under 20 minutes, hit the roller coasters at Legoland, or take a wild safari at the San Diego Zoo Safari Park. Well lit staircase with sturdy railing.

Mission Hills is a hidden gem, very centrally located and close to downtown San Diego, but with a quaint, historic neighborhood charm. People are often surprised to find the incredible views overlooking San Diego Bay and downtown tucked amongst the historic Craftsman, Spanish, and Modern homes that hug Mission Hills' manicured streets. A walkable neighborhood with multiple parks, including Presidio, Pioneer, and Heritage, we are also lucky to have numerous coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Even Old Town is in walking distance to those willing to make the effort. The house is close to two neighborhood parks, as well as major attractions, including Sea World, the San Diego Zoo, and Balboa Park.
By car is best. Mission Hills also has great walks for architecture and history lovers. Houses are unique, from Spanish Revival to Modern to Traditional. Even walking distance to Junipero Serra Mission and Presidio Park.
Live the life of luxury in our centrally located, newly built Cape Cod in the exclusive neighborhood of Mission Hills. Lounge on the deck and enjoy the sunset over Point Loma and warm ocean breezes. Watch Navy and cruise ships traverse San Diego Bay as one of the most active ports on the west coast. Marvel over the top of Heritage Square and its historic homes from the balcony. Walk to Presidio Park for a quick game of soccer or Old Town, the birthplace of California, for margaritas and delicious Mexican food. Also, very close to the Marine Corp Recruit Depot (MCRD) and we love hosting our military families.
The bright and airy home has windows and sliding glass doors throughout every room overlooking spectacular views. Two master suites with large closets and ample space make it easy to travel with multiple adults, plus an additional bedroom with twin beds is perfect for children. The bathrooms have been newly renovated with a double vanity in the master bathroom, tub available in the hallway bathroom, and new shower in the second ensuite bathroom.
The well-equipped home comes with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and comfortable living room, making this a perfect sanctuary to relax or a launch pad for an active family vacation.
Families will love the close proximity of two neighborhood parks, as well as major San Diego attractions, including Sea World, the San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Mission Bay and Beach, Petco Park, Gaslamp Quarter and many more. Mission Hills is a very walkable community with coffee houses, restaurants, and shops close by. Conveniently located close to two freeways (I5 and I8), La Jolla, Del Mar, Legoland and the Wild Animal Park are short trips. Even Mexico is only 20 minutes!
