THE SPACE
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Mountain Lodge 308 is consistently described by guests as one of the nicest updated 1-bedroom units at Mountain Lodge — and the location makes it even better. Step out the door and you are on the mountain, just steps from the Ballhooter High-Speed Quad Lift and within easy walking distance of Snowshoe Village restaurants, bars, and shops.
This is the ideal choice for couples or a small group of up to 3 who want ski-in/ski-out convenience, a king bed, mountain views, and thoughtful amenities like boot dryers and ski racks built right into the unit. The balcony overlooks the slopes — you can literally see the lifts from the window.
Park once on arrival, take the elevator to floor 3, and your mountain getaway begins. No need to move your car until checkout.
🌡️ CLIMATE NOTE: Mountain Lodge does not have central air conditioning. At 4,848 feet of elevation, summer temperatures are naturally cool and comfortable. A portable air conditioning unit and fans are stocked in the unit for warm summer days.
🔥 HEATING NOTE: The unit has a fireplace feature. Primary heating is via the fireplace — not the thermostat. The unit stays comfortable in winter.
