Nestled in East Austin, this modern villa is located just two blocks walking distance from the Colorado River. You can rent paddleboards or kayaks right by the festival beach boat ramp which is great for catching a glimpse of the Austin bats at night by the Congress Ave bridge.

The local pecan trees and lush greenery provide nice shade in the backyard + street. If you like to run or bike then this is the best location for you since at the end of the street is the lady bird lake hike/bike trail that goes on for miles along the rivers edge.

There are tons of great bars/restaurants on East Cesar Chavez which we frequent ourselves and would be happy to provide recommendations to help you have an incredible experience in Austin.

The house is just 15-20 minutes from the airport, a 5 min Uber ride to Rainey St, downtown or 6th street bars/restaurants and there are plenty of scooters around if you prefer taking the scenic approach downtown.

Our home is in Austin’s vibrant East Side, a lively neighborhood known for its murals, live music, and creative energy.

Just blocks away are coffee shops, bars, food trucks, and award-winning restaurants, while downtown, Rainey Street, and 6th Street are only a 5-minute drive.

For outdoor lovers, the Colorado River and Lady Bird Lake Hike-and-Bike Trail are a short walk away — perfect for a morning jog, bike ride, or peaceful stroll.

Two blocks from Lady Bird Lake's glittering hike-and-bike trail, this award-nominated East Austin gem wraps intimacy in modern luxury. Sip morning coffee on a breezy screened porch, then kayak, paddleboard, or jog the lakeside path before brunch at one of the acclaimed restaurants just steps away. Perfect for couples or creative duos craving a boutique Austin experience in one of the city's most coveted corridors.
