Bedroom 1: Two luxurious king-size beds for ultimate relaxation

2.5 bathrooms, including a full master ensuite and a guest bath

Access to a large 20x40 heated community pool

Private driveway with space for 2 cars

Game room for family fun and entertainment

Fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living area

• Location:
  Only 8–10 minutes from the beach, with easy access to boating, golf, and scenic coastal spots.

Guests will receive a code to access the lockbox containing the key for entry. The private driveway accommodates up to 2 vehicles. You'll have full access to the entire townhome during your stay, with shared access to community amenities such as the heated pool and hot tub.

While I’d love to personally welcome each of our guests, I won’t be on-site during your stay. However, I’m always just a message or text away and happy to assist with anything you need throughout your visit.

Please note that for July 4th holiday bookings, an additional $500 security deposit is required on top of the standard amount; additionally, please be aware that fireworks and parties are strictly prohibited at the property

There is a $750 fee for smoking inside the house, plus any costs for damaged furniture. Should the next reservation be cancelled due to the smell of smoke, you will be responsible for the cost of that stay
