An immaculate remodeled home at the end of a quiet cul de sac in Rolando. With a Modern interior and exterior, no expense has been spared. Upon opening the front door you'll be welcomed by a bright open floor plan. Flowing from living to dining and into the kitchen, equipped with a gas stove and new stainless steel appliances. There are two bedrooms and a full office. The uniquely funky bathroom really pops with character. If you enjoy a large multi level outdoor space, you've hit the jackpot!
The first thing you'll notice when you pull up to the house is how incredibly peaceful the surroundings are. The living room has two couches, the kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need, and it even hasa formal dining room with seating for 4. The third bedroom has been converted into an office which already have a nice chair, desk, and a monitor to plug into. The bedrooms each have queen beds in them. The smart TV in the master bedroom gets all of the major streaming services.
The backyard is spacious and multi leveled. It even has a fenced off area to grow herbs, fruits, and vegetables.
You will have private access to the entire unit.

This is in a very quiet and peaceful residential neighborhood.
We recommend having your own car, but if you ever need them, Ubers and Lyfts are readily nearby and available.
