The entire home and private rooftop terrace are reserved for your group — no shared spaces, no host on-site. Self check-in begins at 4:00 PM. Once you complete pre-arrival verification through our secure guest portal, your check-in instructions unlock automatically.

Rideshare readily available given the central location; a personal vehicle is convenient for Medical Center visits or airport runs. On NRG/Downtown event days, rideshare is recommended over driving — nearby parking fills quickly.

Check-in and checkout: Check-in 4:00 PM or later. Checkout 10:00 AM. Early check-in/late checkout may be available on request, subject to approval.

Occupancy: Maximum 8 registered guests. Overnight guests must be on the reservation; visitors and gatherings require advance approval.

Parking: Private 2-car garage, interior access. Additional street parking may be available, subject to posted signage. Garage frontage for short-term loading/unloading only — please don't block neighboring driveways, mailboxes, sidewalks, or trash areas.

Gatherings: Parties and unapproved events not permitted. Small daytime gatherings may be considered with advance approval, fees start at $150 (extra cleaning, trash, property use). Moderate alcohol permitted as part of an approved gathering — kegs, open bars, and alcohol-centered events not allowed. Outdoor quiet hours 9PM-8AM.

Pets: Up to 2 pets with advance approval — $20/night per pet, capped at $300/reservation. Not to be left unattended unless crated. Service animals accommodated per applicable law, no fee.

Mid-stay cleaning: Optional, by advance request, may carry a fee.

Verification and deposit: Primary guest must be 21+ and present throughout (children/younger accompanying guests permitted). ID verification and signed rental agreement required. A refundable damage deposit is required for this booking channel — full terms in the rental agreement.
