Welcome to Moonbranch, a Lake Martin waterfront home made for family lake trips, Auburn football weekends, and relaxed group getaways.

This 4-bedroom home sleeps 12 and works especially well for families and mixed adult/kid groups. The layout includes two king bedrooms plus bunk rooms that are great for kids, cousins, and multi-family stays. With two bathrooms, Moonbranch is best suited for family-style groups rather than large adult-only groups.

Inside, the open living, kitchen, and dining area gives everyone space to gather after a day on the lake or a trip into Auburn. Cook dinner, watch a game, play cards, or settle in for a slower evening with the group.

Outside is where Moonbranch really shines. The large open-air back porch overlooks Lake Martin and includes comfortable seating plus outdoor dining. Below the porch, the grassy lakeside yard gives kids room to run and guests space to play cornhole, toss a football, or relax by the water. A private beach area with chairs offers an easy place to enjoy coffee, watch the lake, or keep an eye on the group while they swim and play.

Guests have access to a private dock and private boat ramp right at the property, making lake days simple and convenient. Please note that the boat lift is not available for guest use.

Moonbranch is located in a quiet Dadeville lake neighborhood with abundant wildlife and peaceful water views. It feels like a true lake escape, while still being about 30 minutes from Auburn University, Downtown Opelika, restaurants, shopping, and football weekends.

For an additional cost, guests may add access to the activities shed, which includes lake-day extras such as life jackets, kayaks, floats, coolers, noodles, and more.

A digital lock allows for easy, contactless check-in.

For security and property protection, exterior video cameras are located at the front and back of the home. Cameras are audio capable.

Parties, unapproved gatherings, extra guests beyond the reservation, and broken house rules are not allowed.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home and strongly discouraged around the home. Evidence of smoking inside, smoke odor, ash, burns, cigarette/cigar waste, or smoking-related damage may result in significant additional charges for cleaning, deodorizing, repairs, or damages. Smoking inside the home will result in a minimum $500 fee.
