The condo is surrounded by bike trails, hiking trailheads, and Gore Creek. Down the street are multi million dollar mansions at the base of the mountain and along the creek.

We booked for a short ski trip in Vail, this place was clean, comfortable, and convenient to get into town. While located in East Vail, the free bus out the front door took you into the heart of vail every 15 minutes. The condo is on the second floor and parking was plentiful outside the building (great for us as we had a ski box on our SUV). There is a market close by in East Vail which was great for any last minute items. We loved the kitchen and fireplace!

It was my third stay at Alan's place. Comfortable, clean, nice kitchen, great views across the valley and the music of a rushing stream outside.

We loved our stay at Alan’s East Vail condo. The views are great and sounds of the creek outside are wonderful. You are under 10 min away from Vail and the bus picks you up right outside Alan’s place. The place itself was clean and perfect for our family of four. Highly recommend!
