The Space

The main level features an open living area with vaulted ceilings, an electric fireplace, a 55-inch Roku TV with cable, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Large windows and sliding glass doors bring in plenty of natural light and provide access to the private balcony.

The full kitchen includes a refrigerator, range, microwave, and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. Convenient counter seating provides a comfortable dining area without taking up valuable living space.

Sleeping Arrangements & Bathrooms

Upstairs, the open loft features a comfortable king-size bed and its own full bathroom. As an end unit, G15 benefits from an additional exterior loft window that interior units don't have. This provides extra natural light and ventilation, especially during warmer months.

The main-level living area includes a convertible sofa that can be configured as either a twin or king-size bed, allowing the condo to accommodate up to four guests.

A Few Things to Know

Stairs: G15 is an upstairs condo, and there is no elevator. Additional stairs lead to the loft sleeping area.

Air conditioning: The condo has heating but no air conditioning. The end-unit loft window and ceiling fan help provide airflow during warmer weather.

Pet allergies: Although this is not a pet-friendly rental, the owner occasionally stays in the condo with two cats. Guests with cat allergies should consider this before booking.

Loft layout: The king bed is located in an open loft rather than a fully enclosed bedroom.
