Welcome to your Wears Valley retreat—where wide-open mountain views, quiet mornings, and meaningful time together take center stage. From the moment you arrive, there’s a sense of exhale here. The kind of place where plans slow down, conversations linger, and the view quietly steals the show.

Set high above the valley with sweeping views of the Great Smoky Mountains, this home was designed to help you reconnect—whether that’s with family, friends, or just a slower pace. Mornings begin on the expansive two-level decks, coffee in hand as the sun rises over the mountains. Evenings wind down in the hot tub under the stars, or gathered around the fire after a full day out exploring.

Inside, the home balances comfort and intention. The main living space invites everyone together, while thoughtful nooks—window seats, reading corners, and a cozy upstairs alcove—offer space to unwind in your own way. The kitchen is fully equipped for everything from slow breakfasts to celebratory dinners, with a grill just outside for evenings that call for mountain air and good food.

The home comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests across spacious, private suites:
1st Floor Nook: Kids Bunk Alcove with 4 Twin Beds (Bunk Beds)
2nd Floor: 1 King Bed with Ensuite Bathroom
3rd Floor: 1 King Bed with Ensuite Bathroom
3rd Floor: 1 King Bed with Ensuite Bathroom
3rd Floor: 2 Queen Beds with Ensuite Bathroom

When it’s time for fun, there’s something for every kind of stay:

• A full game room with pool table and multi-cade arcade
• A private media room with 12 recliners and surround sound
• A second downstairs kitchen for easy snacks and movie nights
• A kids’ nook designed for imagination and cozy play
• A seasonal community pool

For those mixing work and leisure, business-grade Wi-Fi keeps everything running smoothly—though we won’t blame you if the view proves a bit distracting.

Each bedroom is designed as its own retreat, complete with mountain views, large closets, and spa-like bathrooms featuring soaking tubs and walk-in showers.

Beyond the home, you’re perfectly positioned to experience the best of the area:

• 6 minutes to entrance of Great Smoky Mountains National Park
• 15 miles to Dollywood
• 17 miles to Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies
• 12 miles to Tanger Outlets Sevierville

Whether your days are filled with hiking, shopping, or simply staying in and soaking up the view, this home is designed to meet you there.

We’ve stocked the home with the essentials (and then some)—from kitchen basics to a washer/dryer, Pack ‘n Play, and high chair—so you can settle in with ease.
