The house is in close proximity to our neighbors. There are window coverings, but if you’re looking for acres of privacy, you won’t find it here. However, this is a close-knit area and our neighbors are all wonderful, respectful people.
Please note that the garage is not accessible. The hosts may access the garage on occasion but will not enter the house without prior conversation with guests.
As this is a long-term stay, we ask that you provide your own paper towels, toilet paper, and other incidentals. However, we will provide some supplies upon check-in to get you started!

This involves collecting personal information, verifying it against government-issued IDs, and in some cases, performing background checks. Guests will be asked to upload a photo of their driver’s license (front and back) and take a quick selfie. These measures help us protect our properties, prevent fraud, and prioritize safety for everyone. We take privacy seriously and handle all data with care, in compliance with applicable privacy regulations.
