• Metro 1 route: the 1 connects downtown, Mt Adams, and Walnut Hills and operates Monday-Friday

• The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.

• NO SMOKING ALLOWED of any kind. Any signs of smoking in the unit will incur a $1,000 fee and cancelation of booking. This includes no smoking on the back patio also. It disturbs the neighbors.

• NEIGHBORS - the unit is located on the basement level of a 4-story building. The other units are occupied by tenants. Please be respectful.
