The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.
NO SMOKING ALLOWED of any kind. Any signs of smoking in the unit will incur a $1,000 fee and cancelation of booking. This includes no smoking on the back patio also. It disturbs the neighbors.
NEIGHBORS - the unit is located on the basement level of a 4-story building. The other units are occupied by tenants. Please be respectful.
