Welcome to the Kingdom on Knollwood, your dream vacation retreat with over 2,400 sq feet of inviting, fully-equipped living space, accommodating up to 14 guests in sublime comfort. Get ready to experience the unique blend of luxury and relaxation at this stunning Asheville sanctuary.
Main floor: Unwind in the spacious living room, featuring a vaulted ceiling, ample seating, an indoor fireplace, and a large TV for cozy movie nights. The open-plan dining area connects to a fully-equipped kitchen, complete with a Keurig coffee maker, allowing you to create and savor delicious meals together. The main floor also hosts two beautiful bedrooms: the master suite with a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, and oversized custom shower, and a second bedroom with a king-size bed, queen-size sleeper sofa, gas log fireplace, and access to the covered side porch.
Upstairs: The second floor offers three welcoming bedrooms - one with a king-size bed, another with a queen-size bed, and a third with two twin-size trundle beds. The cozy loft area features an additional queen-size sleeper sofa, and a well-appointed full bathroom completes the upstairs living space.
Basement: The basement houses a convenient laundry room, ensuring your pampered stay.
Outside, you'll find a generous backyard, perfect for relaxing or playing games. Delight in the soothing hot tub and the charming fire table, where you can create unforgettable memories under the starry Asheville sky. The property's private hillside location offers serene views, while being close to all the action!
