Welcome to Dreamwood, brought to you by Music City Magnolia.
Dreamwood is unapologetically fun — and surprisingly practical. A mid-century modern 3-bedroom, 2-bath home in Nashville's hip Donelson neighborhood, sleeping up to 10 guests, with a Dolly Parton marquee sign, a disco gumball machine, and a screened porch that makes Nashville evenings feel exactly right. If you're here for the Opry, flying in and out of BNA, attending a convention at the Gaylord, or bringing the whole family to Nashville, Dreamwood has a leg up on everything else in this price range.
Sleeping for 10: two king bedrooms, one queen bedroom, a Luonto king sleeper sofa, and a West Elm queen sectional sleeper give a large group proper beds without stacking people in bunk rooms. The two full bathrooms keep morning logistics manageable.
The family credentials are real and thorough. Dreamwood includes a stroller, infant car seat, pack-n-play, high chair, and booster seats — gear that usually costs a small fortune to rent and takes up half a car. The screened porch and large patio are genuinely designed for outdoor family time. A gas grill handles the group dinners. The mid-century interiors are beautiful and stylish without being precious — you won't be nervous about kids touching anything.
The Donelson location is about as well-positioned as Nashville gets for certain trips. Grand Ole Opry is 5 minutes away. BNA Airport is 7-10 minutes — a meaningful detail for families or groups arriving at different times. The Gaylord Opry Convention Center is minutes away for convention and business travelers. Two Rivers Golf Course and Gaylord Springs Golf are both nearby. Wave Country Waterpark, a skatepark, and the Two Rivers Greenway — which accesses both the Cumberland River and Stones River — are close for families with kids who need to run.
Party Fowl, McNamara's Irish Pub, Caliber Coffee, Nectar Urban Cantina, and Edley's BBQ round out a solid local dining scene right in the neighborhood. Broadway is 10-15 minutes by car.
For convention and corporate travelers at the Gaylord Opryland Convention Center, Dreamwood is the closest Music City Magnolia property — minutes away with ample parking. International travelers arriving at BNA Nashville Airport are 7-10 minutes from touchdown to front door. Business retreats, insurance relocation stays, and extended corporate assignments all benefit from the full kitchen, quiet Donelson neighborhood, and airport proximity. Parking on property. In-unit washer/dryer.
