This is a house built for a group that wants to cook together, not take turns in a cramped kitchen. The open-concept layout keeps the kitchen, dining table, and living room in one conversation, with island seating for the crowd. Three bedrooms sleep six on real beds, and a pull-out sofa in the living room covers two more, for 10 total.

The kitchen's teal tile and gas stove open straight onto the dining area, so the cook is never cut off from the group. Up on the Skyline Deck, a hot tub and gas grill turn an ordinary evening into the best part of the trip. Fire up the grill as the sun drops, then soak while the night cools down before everyone heads back inside.

Getting ready for a night out is easy too, with a built-in makeup and getting-ready area for the group to share before heading downtown. Spend the day exploring Broadway and East Nashville, grill out on the Skyline Deck as evening settles in, soak in the hot tub, then regroup around the living room TV before calling it a night.
