Property was clean, well maintained and stocked with essentials. Check in/out was easy as was communication with the host when needed. We enjoyed the location being close to but not in Hill City.

We loved our stay! The views from the living room are beautiful, and we spotted lots of wildlife (deer, turkeys, chipmunks). It truly felt like a home away from home. Our kids enjoyed the Lincoln logs and board games. The forest behind the house is delightful. The host is very responsive!

What a wonderful stay in the Black Hills! The temperature was very hot for our week, 104 on our arrival day, so the air conditioning was perfect. The home is close to Mt Rushmore, Needles Highway, Custer State Park and the Mammoth Site in Hot Springs. Our two grandchildren, ages 9 and 12, felt we were staying in a tree house on the edge of a mountain. We loved seeing the wild life walk past the house while having coffee on the deck. After busy days of activities in the Black Hills the home was a perfect place to relax.we would highly recommend this home!
