Twelve guests, one house just off The Gulch, laid out so the group actually stays together instead of scattering into separate corners all weekend. The open kitchen island anchors breakfast for the whole crew, and a separate wet bar with a beverage fridge and TV gives you a second hangout for pre-game drinks or a quiet card game once the kitchen crowd thins out.

Upstairs, the real signature of Gulch Glow waits: a private balcony strung with lights and glowing under a neon sign, opening onto rooftop-level skyline views that work day or night. Picture coffee up there at sunrise, an afternoon out toward Broadway, sunset back on that same balcony as the skyline lights up, and a night that winds down at the wet bar before everyone splits off to their own room.

Every bedroom here has its own personality. Three king rooms anchor the sleeping quarters, two of them en-suite, one with a canopy bed and dark, moody walls and a teal-walled room with a chaise lounge, while the fourth room leans playful with stacked twin beds alongside two queen beds, its own bathroom, and blue themed decor for kids or the last few guests in your group.
