The space
Sleeps 14 Comfortably: 10 cozy beds across 4 private bedrooms and common areas.

Bedroom 1 (Master): 1 King Bed + 1 Toddler Bed (includes private ensuite bathroom).

Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed.

Bedroom 3: 1 Queen Bed.

Bedroom 4: 2 Single (Twin) Beds.

Den Space A (Living Area): 1 Pull-out Queen Sofa Bed.

Den Space B (Living Area): 1 Pull-out Queen Sofa Bed.

(Note: There are two additional twin sofa beds in the common areas to reach the 14-guest capacity).

Bathroom 1 (Ensuite): Located inside the Master Bedroom (Bedroom 1).

Bathroom 2 (Full): Centrally located for easy access from Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4.

Bathroom 3 (Full): Conveniently positioned near the living/den areas and kitchen—perfect for the guests using the pull-out beds.

Chef’s Kitchen: Fully equipped with everything you need to whip up big family breakfasts or gourmet dinners. 🍳

Guest access
Guests will access the property through a smart lock on the front door. You will receive a unique before your check-in time.

Other things to note
NO SMOKING, SUBSTANCE ABUSE, PARTIES(GATHERINGS IN EXCESS OF HOME OCCUPANCY) OR PETS IN THE HOUSE AT ANY TIME. You will be charged $1500, plus any applicable damages if any rule is violated.

Pool and Spa Safety Instructions:

Children in the pool area must be always supervised by a watchful adult.
Shower with soap and water before entering the pool.
Please no jumping or diving into the pool or running in the pool area.
Do not bring glass in or near the pool.
Guests are advised not to use the pool when under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
