This is a personally owned and managed property — no bulk rental company, no long check-in lines, and direct communication with the owner throughout your stay. Well maintained and recently updated you can’t go wrong!

Important Policies

No smoking or vaping in the unit or on the balcony
Minimum booking age: 23
No college/high school party groups
A $200 fee applies for any evidence of smoking.
For guest safety and property protection, a video doorbell camera is installed outside the front door only (no interior cameras).

Covered Garage parking Garage is located across the street with a sky bridge over Front Beach Rd for easy crossing.

PLEASE NOTE: All guests of Majestic Beach Resort must register and pay a Guest Registration fee of $40 per vehicle to park, separately. This will grant you access into the garage and use of the facilities. This is not collected by me, the owner, this is charged by the resort for maintenance and upkeep of communal areas. This is a well-cared-for condo in one of the best beachfront locations in Panama City Beach. This is not rented through a generic property management company. I personally own and maintain this condo and love to visit here as often as I can. Please help me keep the condo beautiful and well kept. Let me know if there's anything that I need to address! Family Fun Recommendations:
Just to share some ideas on what my family likes to do at Panama City Beach for the week.

Day 1:
First day always requires some good relaxation at the pool and beach. Have a great dinner at any of the many restaurants at Pier Park.

Day 2:
Day at the Shipwreck Island Water Park
Hint: You can usually find coupons located at the resort lobby for many of the local attractions.
Afternoon at the beach.

Day 3:
Day at Gulf World Marine park
In my opinion, much better than Sea World where you get a closer look and experience with the animals.
Afternoon at the beach.

Day 4:
Zoo World. Our favorite zoo in the country. Right sized private zoo where the animal experience is just amazing.
Pop in at any of the miniature golf, go-cart race tracks, arcades, batting cages, and mini-amusement parks along Front Beach Road.
Afternoon at the beach.

Day 5:
Take your pick:
Ripley’s Museum
WonderWorks Museum
Sea Dragon pirate cruise
Blue Dolphin Tours - swim with dolphins boat rides
Great walks or hikes at St. Andrew Bay or St. Andrew’s National Park
Check the lobby for flyers on boat rides, cruises, chartered fishing, swim-with-dolphin trips, and boat rides to nearby Shell Island.

Day 6:
Unwind at the pool and beach. Catch one of the 16 movies playing at Pier Park.
Shopping? Many shops and department stores are at Pier Park. Go to one of the many Alvin’s Island stores for the best souvenir shops. Have more time? Check out the 30A scenery at Rosemary Beach, The Hub, and Seaside on the way to the Premium Outlet Mall in Destin..
End the day at our favorite seafood restaurant, Captain Anderson’s

GUESTS WILL HAVE TO PAY PARKING FEE BEFORE ARRIVAL
A parking registration link will be included in your arrival information email. Please be sure to enter your vehicle information and pay the parking fee prior to arrival for a smooth entry into the parking garage.

You will have to register your car online prior to arrival and then drive directly into the parking garage, go to valet and get a cart and bring all your things to the unit. That's it! No guest check in desk or lines.

Remember to register your vehicle before arrival. If you're renting a car, do the registration from the rental lot before departing because you'll need to enter the license plate of the car in the registration system.
