The Space
Emerald Coast Sunrise was designed to bring everyone together while still offering plenty of room to spread out and unwind. The first level serves as the ultimate beachside hangout space featuring built-in seating, a game table, TV lounge area, and a convenient kitchenette complete with a full-size refrigerator, perfect for pool days and easy beach access. Just outside, guests can enjoy the private Gulf-front pool, outdoor dining area, propane grill, and direct access to the sugar-white sand through the private beach boardwalk.

The main living level showcases stunning Gulf views with expansive windows and sliding glass doors that flood the home with natural light. The chef-inspired kitchen features premium appliances, a spacious island with seating for six, and ample room for preparing meals for large groups. The dining table comfortably seats ten guests, while the adjacent living room creates the perfect place to gather after a day on the beach.
