BEDROOMS
This home has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 7 guests comfortably.

Primary 1 - A Queen bed and an en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 2 - This room offers bunk beds (single over full), making it a fun and comfortable space for children or extra guests.

Bedroom 3 - This bedroom features two twin beds, perfect for a peaceful night's sleep. This bedroom has an adjacent full bathroom.

BATHROOMS
You'll find 2 clean and fully stocked bathrooms with bright lighting, large mirrors, and hotel-grade towels in this home. All showers are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your group's needs.

KITCHEN & LOUNGE

You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home except the owner's closet. Make yourself at home- your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or would like recommendations for things to do nearby. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access.

Please be aware that homes at the Vail Village base do not include parking, there are no designated parking spaces. Guest will need to secure parking at a nearby paid parking garage for the duration of their stay.

•This home is located in a residential neighborhood. We expect guests to respect our house and noise policies at all times- parties are not permitted. If you are unsure of of something, please reach out- we're happy to help. Additional fees may apply if these policies are not followed.

•Please be aware that homes at the Vail Village base do not include parking, there are no designated parking spaces. Guest will need to secure parking at a nearby paid parking garage for the duration of their stay.

• Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cigars, and marijuana, is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Evidence of smoking will result in a minimum $1,000 smoking remediation fee

•Reservations may be subject to extra guest fees.

•Early check-ins may be requested the day of arrival through your electronic guidebook. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it fully depends on the calendar and the cleaners schedule. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in.

•Late checkout is not available due to cleaning schedules. Failure to check out on time will result in a $125 charge. 

•To make your stay more comfortable, we provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials- including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. For extended stays, guests are responsible for replenishing additional items needed.
