You'll find 6 clean, fully stocked full bathrooms and 1 convenient half-bath on the main level. All bathrooms feature bright lighting, large mirrors, and hotel-grade towels. Showers are fully stocked with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your group's needs.

Take in breathtaking mountain vistas from two expansive outdoor decks designed for year-round enjoyment. Unwind beneath the stars in your private lower-level hot tub or gather around the cozy fire pit on the upper deck with plenty of comfortable seating. Surrounded by fresh alpine air and spectacular scenery, the outdoor spaces are perfect for morning coffee, evening cocktails, and everything in between. A spacious off-street parking area provides ample room for multiple vehicles.
Not that the BBQ grill is not yet available to use. We are working on getting it hooked up to the gas line, and look forward to offering this amenity soon!

You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home except the owner's closets, some locked cabinets, and the lower level lock-off apartment. Make yourself at home- your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or would like recommendations for things to do nearby. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access.

Please note that there is a lower level lock-off apartment that is occasionally used by the homeowner. Be aware that there may be someone residing in the apartment during your stay. The apartment has a completely separate entrance, they will not have access to the rest of the home

•This home is located in a residential neighborhood. We expect guests to respect our house and noise policies at all times- parties are not permitted. If you are unsure of of something, please reach out- we're happy to help. Additional fees may apply if these policies are not followed.

•Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cigars, and marijuana, is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Evidence of smoking will result in a minimum $1,000 smoking remediation fee.

•Reservations may be subject to extra guest fees.

•Early check-ins may be requested the day of arrival through your electronic guidebook. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it fully depends on the calendar and the cleaners schedule. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in.

•Late checkout is not available due to cleaning schedules. Failure to check out on time will result in a $125 charge. 

•To make your stay more comfortable, we provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials- including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. For extended stays, guests are responsible for replenishing additional items needed.
